Brief presentation
Founded within the Imoplastic Group in 2011, it’s owned by Imoplastic and managed by 3 senior managers with extensive experience in the mould industry: António Cruz, Sandro Vilela and Celso Salgueiro. With the initial purpose of supporting the other companies of the group, Imodrill saw in the growing demand of its products the opportunity to grow and become a self-sufficient company. Imodrill invests in new machinery and cutting-edge technology for mould manufacturing up to 16 tons.
Quality Policy
At lmodrill we view Quality and Innovation as key factors in the strategic development of our Organization. We understand that, to this end, the involvement of interested parties is necessary and fundamental: Customers, Employees and Suppliers.
Therefore, our Quality Policy is guided by the following principles:
- Investment and optimization aimed at satisfying the demands and expectations of our customers;
- Maintain the implementation of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001 standard, and continually improve its effectiveness and applicable legal requirements;
- Guide processes in order to create conditions for safe and healthy workplaces, preventing work-related injuries and/or health problems, and continuous improvement in their OHSAS performance;
- Define and establish partnerships with our suppliers and other interested parties to reinforce quality, innovation and competitiveness;
- Review, create and implement strategies that allow us to keep up with growing market expectations;
- Inform and train employees, focusing on their empowerment, providing them with the necessary training in order to improve their performance;
- The company’s guideline: Do it right the first time, on time and at the expected cost;
- Objective and transparent language promoting communication and information sharing to preserve organizational knowledge;
By acting this way, we allow all available technology to be successfully used and a Dynamic Quality Concept to be formed aiming Continuous Improvement.
