Brief presentation
The holding company, founded in 1980, is owned by 4 partners: Abílio José das Serradas Luz, João Caetano Tavares, João Manuel Pires Correia Moita and Nelson Ribeiro Simões. Imoplastic has always been a reference in the mould industry. Focusing on a close relationship between employees and managers, in order to know the difficulties of each one and to provide the well-being and motivation of every employee, is one of the main strategies to reach high levels of productivity.
The acquisition of equipment with the latest technology and the continuous training of its employees has been the strategy that allows this company to be placed at the top of the Portuguese industry in this sector. The company currently has a production capacity of up to 6 tons.
Quality Policy
Quality develops in our Organization as a global concept that requires permanent choices.
First, it takes shape through a common objective for all those involved in a project. Then, thinking about Quality is the strategy that always leads us to choose the best system, the best method, the best materials and the most appropriate technologies to achieve this same objective.
Valuing the ideas and people involved in a project, always giving priority to group spirit, has always been the philosophy of our Organisation as a company that commercialises, designs and produces moulds for the thermoplastics industry.
Therefore, our Quality Policy is guided by the following principles:
- The strategies and efforts to develop, invest and optimize our production process are aimed at increasing the Satisfaction of Our Customers’ Demands and Expectations and the commitment to satisfying all applicable requirements;
- We adopt the following performance standard: Do it right the first time, on time and at the expected cost;
- We provide each employee and supplier with all the data and means necessary to carry out their work flawlessly and in accordance with our performance standards;
- We provide the necessary conditions for our Organization to maintain a Quality Management System duly certified by a competent entity.
By acting this way, we allow all available technology to be successfully used and a Dynamic Quality Concept to be formed aiming Continuous Improvement.
